Benailse is Celtic for Mountain of the Nature Spirits. Benailse Retreat and Healing Centre is a place where the forces of Nature support the forces of our own natures to become balanced in ways that nurture and sustain us.

Situated on a mountain in the Slocan Valley, Benailse is both rustic and simple - a fitting setting for individuals and groups who come to explore the intimacy of meeting their inner nature.

Our facilities include: a central lodge with workshop space and cooking area sleeping shelters in the forest a firepit rustic sauna trails through the forest a spectacular view from the lookout
