Soul-guided energy work supports and guides us in deep self-actualization, self-healing and spiritual awakening.
Energy work, or vibrational healing as it is sometimes called, involves both cognitive reflection and fine-tuning the energy field. The work begins at the spiritual and soul levels, then moves into the emotional, mental and physical levels. Because we are healing patterns that often have been with us over lifetimes, energy work may involve a series of sessions, each working with different aspects of the pattern.
In an energy work session, you and I invite our Higher Selves and Light Helpers to join and guide us. I use Reiki symbols to invoke and activate the inherent process of wholeness as we respond to and explore the emerging information, sensations, images, sounds, feelings, thoughts and emotions.
