Workshops

Most of the workshops I present are centered within “the light and sound of wholeness”. The focus is that of tuning our bodies as instruments of Divine Light, activating our energy systems as aspects and functions of Divine Being, and receiving, integrating and stabilizing the alchemical transformation this process invokes.

To live in “who we are” is much more than we think, and the workshops I facilitate are designed to reveal the deeper “Hu” (breath of Divine Being).

Workshop Themes Have Included…

• Healing With Sound

  Sound is both vibration and a carrier of consciousness. When vibration is organized and patterned according to divine principles, it is called WORD, the expression of the creative powerhouse of the universe. When vibration is organized and patterned according to our conditioned idea of who we are and what is real, it is called separation, the expression of a polarized belief system, distorting our relationship within divine principle through the influence of our use of free will. In this workshop, we align within our own wholeness, bringing forth its vibration to heal our separation.

• Activating, Awakening & Aligning In the Light of “Who We Are”

  In this two-day workshop, I share with you a “map” of “who we are” as an integral part of Light – in the essence, in creative process and in expression. We will use this map as a focusing device for exploring the “territory” of YOU as Light. Be prepared to go inward… feel… express (silently and noisily)… open… cry… laugh… release… receive… give… celebrate and live the Light of Who You Are.

• Exploring the Chakras Through Breath, Colour, Sound, and Touch

  Join us in this experiential “Process in Play” as we explore and develop our life energy systems together. The intention of this workshop is self-discovery and revelation. We will explore ourselves through a number of exercises and media which are intended to lead us into deeper awakening and realization of our potential as individualized human beings. (Co-facilitated by Livina Hiacinth and Bhagvata Franklin)

• Reiki Workshops

  If you are new to Reiki, join us for a Reiki 1 workshop. You will receive a Reiki initiation, learn the history of Reiki, and practise the standard hand positions for transmitting this healing energy. In the Reiki 2 workshop, you will receive a further initiation, learn to send Reiki over distance, and focus on mental, emotional and spiritual healing.

• Dreamwork Workshops

  Our dreams are our own creations. They hold within them important messages and insights into our personal realities, communicating our limitations and our possibilities. In dreamwork workshops, we creatively explore one or two dreams to discover the messages being communicated to us. The methods we use intuitively and practically enhance personal growth, leading to integration and healing of Body, Mind and Soul. Come with a dream to explore!

• Exploring Other Lifetimes/Realities

  Past lives exist, exerting their influence in the NOW. Old patterns, held in our bodies and energy fields, continue to affect present-day experiences. In this workshop, we focus on energy completion – becoming aware of patterns from other lifetimes, recognizing their present effect, then drawing upon our inner wisdom and knowing as we heal ourselves deeply within our own love.
